How long does this process take to work?
If you follow the process outlined in the course you will be starting to feel better within the first week and as you build and practice the new your tools and techniques you will be empowered to transform your anxiety each day.

Can I organise a one on one session with Geraldine?
Yes you can book a one on one individual session with Geraldine. There are limited places so there may be a short wait.

What if I have questions during the course content?
There are many ways to get receive answers to your questions. They will be posted and answered within the course content. You can email your questions to info@heartconnection.com.au with Heading - Transforming Anxiety Questions. On the 1st of each month your questions will be answered in the monthly webinar.. If your question is not part of the webinar the answer to your question will be personally emailed to you. You an also post your question to the private FB group and your answer will be provided in the comments.
